Spicy Jalapeño Relish

If you like your food hot this is the relish for you! Perfect for topping tacos, nachos, burgers and hot dogs.


1/2 jar sliced jalapeños
1 clove of garlic, grated
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 a fresh lime
1 tsp apple cider vinegar



Add the jalapeños, garlic, onion salt and fresh lime to a bowl. Using a hand blender, blend until the jalapeños are chopped into tiny pieces and the mixture is a thick consistency.

Stir the apple cider vinegar into the blended mixture, top with a few jalapeños for decoration and leave in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before serving. Remember to warn your guests it’s hot!
